I have stayed here for 9 months and it's been a great place to stay very affordable the only downside is the pool is always closed but it's under repair so soon it should be open the reception is wonderful shardey is so awesome she makes you feel like family and there is a tiny security guard who is absolutely the best if I ever have an issue it's taken care of immediately and if there is any issues the property management handles it quickly it's not a house but for now it's my home and I love it here
Living here just little over a year ( due to medical reasons and need to be close to the hospital). Everything is close by and convenient, plus the room is very affordable.I do not have any complaints. Whenever I need assistance, the staff have been very accommodating and friendly. Definitely would recommend!!!
Listen carefully to what I'm about to tell you.. just a warning you will be sorry if you move into this complex. The roach problem is out of control. They are all over your room. No matter what you use to control the infestation your just waisting your time. The bathroom tub and the sink always back's up and the rent is due every 28 day's not every month and if you're late with your rent they will ask you to leave the premises immediately. If you don't leave they will call the police and have you arrested for trespassing because your actually not a resident there and you can't even have mail delivered there so that makes you a non resident.. the management does not help you out in any way what so ever. Take my advice don't go there you will be making a big mistake.
THE PARC AND EXTENDED STAY IS THE PLACE TO LIVE EXTENDEDLY. IVE BEEN HERE FOR TWO YEARS AND IM VERY COMFORTABLE. SHEETS AND PILLOWS ARE PROVIDE. PLEASE BRING YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS FOR YOUR COMFORT. THE PARC DOES NOT GIVE OUT SHEETS AFTER YOUR FIRST STAY. THERE IS A PEST CONTROL THAT COMES ONCE A MONTH. JUST KEEP YOUR ROOM CLEAN DISHES WASHED ECT. THE MANAGER IS SO KIND, NICE AND FRIENDLY. AS WELL AS HER EMPLOYEES. PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME AND THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM!!!! #IMLOVINGITHERE
I must say I pretty much like everything about it, been here for a few months with my wife. Only complaints I have since I do rent a remodeled room is there are sum roaches in here we constantly combat but the living space for us 2 is just right. The 2 cuban maintenance men are very helpful and get right on the issues. The office staff are somewhat helpful and I only talk to the manager for anything I need. A few problems here is that people here are extreme pigs and leave trash everywhere and the kids here need to be on a leash no home or people training whatsoever are very ignorant and rude. We stay to ourselves so the people here we just ignore and don't mind them. Overall the location is excellent everything is near by and I love it. As far as price goes, it's a bit steep for a remodeled room compared to a standard room, I just wish the standard rooms were more clean and looked nicer.
Wow, the employees are the most friendly and helpful. And the facilities are so nice since the remodeling. And the rates are ao reasonable.
